Now, a partnership of two of the most powerful companies in the world, promised to provide new innovative, user-friendly, toolbox mobile platform and app to cope up with the digital business. That’s right! Samsung Electronics and Accenture had established an agreement focusing on enterprise mobility. With their plans set-up, their understanding of consumers’ needs, and their software programs, this will be one to look out for.
Having business partners is an adventurous risk for companies, and this does not exclude them. The risks of placing their reputation, revenues, and profits have to be regarded and explored. And this is not the first that Samsung had an MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) with other companies. So, how can both have a win-win situation? I guess this Accenture-Samsung alliance has figured it all out. With their MOU in hand they are sure to bring to market set of offerings that will allow both companies to actively pursue new market opportunities, and take advantage of their respective strengths in hardware, software and services to provide additional value to clients. The said companies will focus on these:
- Samsung KNOX Business Enablement: the support system provided by Accenture. Said to be the secure mobile platform for enterprises and employees.
- Device as a Service: a service which handles the device from procurement to management, maintenance, disposal and replacement.
- Vertical Packages in a Box: that promises total enterprise mobility for the clients. For now, these will focus on banking and insurance, and utilities and energy.
Of course, what ifs and other concerns will arise and these companies will need to explain it further. But both companies are positive of this venture. And why not! They have proven many times that their services are one of the best in the market.
So, when will this app be available? These giants have not yet disclosed it. However, the partnership plans are eyeing on setting the development of this app in India. And development of this app will be one to look out for.
Ambitious? Right! Impossible? Who are we to judge? The collaboration said that this is just the beginning. They will continue to develop this application, and who knew where this roadmap will lead us. One thing is for sure, the challenge of giving the best phone app for the digital market has been accepted, and provided solution.
